1553B總線電路冷備份使用情況下總線端口潛通路分析驗證

摘要： 航天系統單位在應用1553B總線電路過程中，為了增加設備單機的可靠性，使用了兩組1553B總線單機，兩組單機總線輸出并聯在一起，一組單機上電使用，一組單機斷電處于冷備份狀態，兩組系統互為冷備份，正常工作時，要求互為冷備份的單機不能相互影響。針對該應用詳細介紹了1553B總線電路內部總線端口結構，并對冷備份使用情況下總線端口的潛通路問題進行了詳細測試驗證，通過測試數據分析，證明了兩組1553B總線電路在冷備份使用情況下是穩定可靠的，兩組單機沒有相互影響。

Latent path analysis test of bus port with 1553B bus circuit cold backup application

Abstract： In the application of 1553B bus devices in space system units, in order to increase the reliability of the stand-alone devices, two 1553B bus units are used. Two stand-alone devices′bus outputs are connected, a set of stand-alone devices powered up for use, a set of stand-alone devices powered outages in a cold backup state, two sets of stand-alone devices are cold backup for each other. When the devices functions normally, cold backup of each other can not affect each other. This article introduces the internal port structure of the 1553B bus circuit for this application, and the latent access problem of bus port under the condition of cold backup is tested and verified in detail. Through test and analysis, it is proved that the two 1553B bus circuits are stable and reliable under the condition of cold backup without mutual influence.

0 引言
1553B總線是美國軍用標準MIL-STD-1553B總線的簡稱，它采用帶屏蔽的雙絞線作為串行數據總線，使用時分制指令/響應型傳輸協議，其傳輸速率為1 Mb/s，傳輸方式為半雙工，其形式類似于一個局域網[1]。由于1553B總線的高可靠性和實時性[2]，其在航空、航天等眾多型號單機系統中得到廣泛的應用。在航天領域里為了進一步增加衛星等設備的可靠性和使用壽命，一種冷備份的使用方法被提出，這種使用方法比較特殊，使用不當，可能造成1553B總線通信網絡異常，并帶來負面影響，因此對冷備份使用情況下的1553B總線通信研究很有必要。
