摘要： 隨著數(shù)字技術(shù)的跨越式發(fā)展，數(shù)字化浪潮對文化傳承與傳播產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響，與此同時，數(shù)據(jù)要素化已經(jīng)逐漸成為推動經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的核心驅(qū)動力。對文化數(shù)字化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和面臨難題進(jìn)行深入剖析，在此基礎(chǔ)上，分析數(shù)據(jù)要素化進(jìn)程對文化數(shù)字化發(fā)展的影響，并對文化數(shù)據(jù)要素化的發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行展望，以期為新時代優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的創(chuàng)新傳承提供思路，并為推動文化數(shù)字化建設(shè)提供參考。

Research on the innovative development of cultural digitalization under the background of data factorization

Abstract： With the leapfrog development of digital technology, the digitalization trend has a profound impact on the inheritance and dissemination of culture. At the same time, the process of data factorization has gradually become the core driving force for economic and social development. This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation and facing difficulties of cultural digitalization.On this basis, this paper analyzes the impact of the process of data factorization on the development of cultural digitalization, and looks forward to the development trend of cultural data factorization, with the aim of providing ideas for the innovative inheritance of excellent traditional culture in the new era. This paper provides valuable references for promoting the construction of cultural digitalization.

引言
數(shù)據(jù)被增列為新型生產(chǎn)要素，對經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的推動作用日益增強(qiáng)。文化數(shù)字化是數(shù)字中國“五位一體”建設(shè)的重要組成部分，數(shù)據(jù)的要素屬性與新的文化傳承發(fā)展使命碰撞融合，呈現(xiàn)出文化創(chuàng)新的新特征和新局面。深化對數(shù)字浪潮下文化建設(shè)的規(guī)律性認(rèn)識，剖析數(shù)據(jù)要素化背景下文化數(shù)字化的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展特征和趨勢，對于落實(shí)國家文化數(shù)字化戰(zhàn)略具有重要意義，對于推動我國傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承創(chuàng)新具有積極影響，同時也有助于加快數(shù)據(jù)要素市場的建設(shè)進(jìn)程，進(jìn)一步推動我國數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。
