輸配電5G衛(wèi)星融合組網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)卸載方法

摘要: 隨著輸配電網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展,輸配電業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)時(shí)延、能效、可靠性等差異化通信指標(biāo)提出了更高的的要求。為此,基于5G高速率大連接和衛(wèi)星靈活廣覆蓋的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合邊緣計(jì)算高效處理數(shù)據(jù)的優(yōu)勢(shì),構(gòu)建了面向輸配電場(chǎng)景的5G衛(wèi)星融合組網(wǎng)架構(gòu)。然后以最大化輸配電業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸平均能效與總時(shí)延的加權(quán)差為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),構(gòu)建了5G衛(wèi)星融合組網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)卸載優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,并提出基于差異化業(yè)務(wù)需求感知的5G衛(wèi)星融合組網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)卸載算法(Differentiated Service Requirement-aware Learning-based Data Offloading algorithm for 5G satellite integrated networking,DSRL-DO)求解。仿真結(jié)果表明,所提算法能夠降低數(shù)據(jù)卸載時(shí)延的同時(shí)保證較高的能效,有效滿足輸配電業(yè)務(wù)的差異化需求。

Abstract: With the rapid development of power transmission and distribution grid, power transmission and distribution services have put forward higher requirements for differentiated communication metrics such as delay, energy efficiency, and reliability. Based on the characteristics of high speed and large connectivity of 5G and flexible and wide coverage of satellite, combined with the advantages of efficient data processing of edge computing, a 5G satellite integrated networking architecture for power transmission and distribution scenarios is constructed. Then,with the optimization goal of maximizing the weighted difference between the average energy efficiency and the total delay of data offloading in the transmission and distribution services, an optimization problem of data offloading in 5G satellite integrated networking is constructed. A differentiated service requirement-aware learning-based data offloading algorithm(DSRL-DO) for 5G satellite integrated networking is proposed to solve the problem. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the data offloading delay while ensuring high energy efficiency, and effectively meet the differentiated requirements of power transmission and distribution services.

0 引言

    隨著新型電力系統(tǒng)建設(shè)以及輸配電網(wǎng)快速發(fā)展,輸電線路巡檢、配電自動(dòng)化、精準(zhǔn)負(fù)荷、分布式能源接入等[1]輸配電業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸與實(shí)時(shí)分析能力提出了更高的要求。5G衛(wèi)星融合網(wǎng)絡(luò)通過(guò)結(jié)合5G與衛(wèi)星各自的優(yōu)勢(shì),支撐輸配電業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)時(shí)延、能效、可靠性的差異化需求。一方面,5G有著高速率、大連接等優(yōu)點(diǎn)[2],支持輸配電業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)傳輸。衛(wèi)星覆蓋范圍大、網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源豐富、抗毀性強(qiáng)[3-4],可以與5G互補(bǔ),為5G基站建設(shè)薄弱地區(qū)提供通信覆蓋;另一方面,5G衛(wèi)星融合網(wǎng)絡(luò)可以與邊緣計(jì)算進(jìn)一步結(jié)合,將計(jì)算和存儲(chǔ)資源下沉到輸配電業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)時(shí)延敏感型數(shù)據(jù)處理的快速響應(yīng)[5-6]。然而,輸配電業(yè)務(wù)差異化服務(wù)質(zhì)量(Quality of Serivce,QoS)需求之間存在耦合[7-8],例如,通過(guò)改變數(shù)據(jù)卸載流向優(yōu)化傳輸時(shí)延和能效,將影響邊緣服務(wù)器與云服務(wù)器的負(fù)載,導(dǎo)致部分重負(fù)載邊緣服務(wù)器數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算時(shí)延增加[9]。此外,由于輸配電場(chǎng)景網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境復(fù)雜[10-11],信道質(zhì)量、電磁干擾、服務(wù)器負(fù)載等網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀態(tài)的實(shí)時(shí)信息難以獲取。因此,如何根據(jù)動(dòng)態(tài)、未知的網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀態(tài)信息來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)5G衛(wèi)星融合網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)卸載的優(yōu)化[12],保障輸配電業(yè)務(wù)的差異化QoS需求,已成為研究重點(diǎn)。

    目前,國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)5G衛(wèi)星融合組網(wǎng)已經(jīng)開(kāi)展了一定的研究。文獻(xiàn)[13]對(duì)5G衛(wèi)星融合組網(wǎng)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)方面面臨的挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了分析,但沒(méi)有考慮輸配電業(yè)務(wù)的數(shù)據(jù)卸載優(yōu)化問(wèn)題。文獻(xiàn)[14]提出了基于超密集型低軌道地球衛(wèi)星(Low Earth Orbit,LEO)的5G衛(wèi)星融合組網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)卸載算法,但沒(méi)有考慮輸配電業(yè)務(wù)差異化QoS需求,無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)時(shí)延、能效、可靠性等指標(biāo)的協(xié)同保障。文獻(xiàn)[15]考慮了差異化的業(yè)務(wù)流量要求,但未對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀態(tài)實(shí)時(shí)信息的可用性進(jìn)行分析,未考慮信息不完整場(chǎng)景下5G衛(wèi)星融合組網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)卸載的優(yōu)化,在復(fù)雜現(xiàn)場(chǎng)規(guī)模化應(yīng)用面臨挑戰(zhàn)。
