在Nine Sights里面的有關電池的引用的一些需求描述,和之前那個BMW的類似,從需求端來說寫的還是不錯的。從2016年至今,有不少的選題其實是我們一直在研究的:

在這些里面首先從電連接開始談,這個項目是2016年提的,已經過期

2)鋰電池失效模式分析

Developing a LIB simulation model based on big data collected through a development, production or failure-analysis of the actual LIB products. Developing the LIB safety verification model that incorporates chemistry perspectives into consideration.
技術要求
Can simulate not only behaviors of LIB at charging or discharging under ordinary use but also at least one of the
following mechanisms of internal shorts in the LIB, which may cause firing of the LIB:
內短路發生機理Occurrence mechanism of internal shorts
內短路發生之后的鏈式反應機理Chain mechanism where thermos runaway is caused by internal shorts
導致內短路的退化機理Degradation mechanism and how such a degradation causes internal shorts
由于制程差異導致的內短路機理How property variation due to manufacturing process causes internal shorts
Models of the entire LIB system are ideal but models of individual LIB cells are also welcomed.

把這些研究的點,切開成一個個課題,找到不同的辦法,然后再進行組合,效果還是在集中研發的效果要更好一些。這種聚合的形式,特別是征求合作和意向,某種程度也是汽車產業里面比較缺少的。有點從Concept階段一步步幫著金主去做工程試驗,去做一些試錯。
小結:在依賴供應商的階段,把現在把每一項課題的要求寫成SOR,而隨著自己去做設計或者做整體解決方案,就需要把大部分技術點分成需要實現的要點予以分解和細化,把在不同地方用過的可行的導入到汽車行業里面來,我覺得兼收并蓄的方式是汽車零部件技術演進和發展的關鍵。
